How Spectrum Cable Disrespects Its Customers

What would you do if you were a Spectrum Cable customer and received the following envelope from the cable company, what would you think it is?

That’s right, you’d think it was an important notice about your account.  Instead, it was a promotion in which you are offered a TV service to add to your current account.

 

That’s right.  “Please contact us about your account” really meant, please call us so that we can add more services for $45 per month.   In the customer service world, that’s called a scam.   They got your attention by tricking the customer into thinking the letter pertained to their existing account.

This is a tell-tale of a company that willingly lies to its customers.   Do you want to do business with this kind of company?

Our take:  Not if you don’t have to…….
