Cool Resources for Savvy Seniors

antiwrinkleBetty Friedan is credited with writing that “Aging is not lost youth but a new stage of opportunity and strength.”  Of course, our favorite is:  “Seniors are like aging strudels – the crust may not be so lovely, but the filling has come at last into its own.”   But for those entering “older adult”, “senior”, “elder” or even “geezer-hood”,  there are a fair number of resources available to help with some of the challenges and joys of aging.   They assist with maintaining independence and wellness and also healing from age-related issues.   Assists from these public resources could help older adults stay young….in mind, if not body.

We’ve listed several of the helpful and educational resources below, thanks in part, to Public Health Corps.
